Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat 3 tsp. of olive oil in a wok.

  2. Add the chopped vegetables together with the snap peas.

  3. After a couple of minutes add the mushrooms, mix all together adding salt and pepper and stir-fry for 10 minutes.

  4. Save the stir-fried vegetables on a tray.

  5. In the same wok, heat 1 tsp. of olive oil and cook the beef.

  6. Add salt and pepper to the beef and once cooked, return the vegetables to the wok.

  7. Cook for 2 more minutes and enjoy!
