Ingredients

Ingredients for the salad:

Method

  1. Place the cashews ina bowl and cover them with water.

  2. Let them soak for at least 4 hours until they are soft and then drain.

  3. Place the drained cashews in a blender. Add the tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt and blend.

  4. Add 1/4 cup of water and blend until the hummus reaches a creamy consistency.

  5. Place the cashew hummus on the centre of a plate, add a little bit of cayenne pepper and place the green leaves mix around it.

  6. Finally, use the cucumber and celery sticks to eat the hummus.
