Energy vegan Cashews balls with chocolate

Method

  1. Pit dates and soak in 1 1/2 cups of warm water for 10-15 minutes and drain the dates.

  2. In a blender or food processor, blend the all ingredients. If the mixture is chunky add more vegetable milk. 

  3. Make balls using the mix, it helps if you have your hands a bit wet. 

  4. You can roll the balls on more cashews, other nuts, coconut, or simply like that.

  5. Store them in the fridge during two hours and after enjoy them :P
