Method

  1. Combine basil, oil, cashews, garlic, salt and pepper in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth.

  2. Transfer mixture to a medium bowl and stir in Parmesan.

  3. Taste and season with more salt and pepper, if needed.

  4. Mix with pasta for a quick sauce, dollop over potatoes or for example spread on crackers or toasted slices of bread and, ¡Enjoy it!
