  • Dates, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract or salt for example

Let's prepare this delicious recipe!

First you need to soak the cashew nuts and leave them for 4hours or overnight in the fridge. Drain and rinse them.

Place the cashews into a high-powered blender and add the remaining ingredients. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until the milk is smooth and creamy.

Add sweetener and some optional ingredients if desired.

Place the cashew milk in a storage container and store in the fridge.
