Biscuits, Cakes & Desserts
- 1 cup medjol dates
- 1/2 cup Oat
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup vegetal milk
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- Optional: nuts or shredded coconut, to roll balls
Let's prepare this delicious recipe!
Pit dates and soak in 1 1/2 cups of warm water for 10-15 minutes and drain the dates.
In a blender or food processor, blend the all ingredients. If the mixture is chunky add more vegetable milk.
Make balls using the mix, it helps if you have your hands a bit wet.
You can roll the balls on more cashews, other nuts, coconut, or simply like that.
Store them in the fridge during two hours and after enjoy them :P
